Die feine Eins in Lubbenau

As a large family we did a nice Spreewald tour today ... Then we wanted to have a nice cup of coffee and an ice cream. We sat down and got a table. Suddenly there was a bark from behind: the way you do this is not possible, 6 per table, otherwise you can forget that you are being served here - woof - We slipped apart and were skilfully ignored afterwards ... Opposite in the "traditional house to the green beach of the Spree" we received a warm welcome.

Very sloppy and unfriendly pointed out that not more than 6 people are allowed at a table. Had it been said kindly, none of this would have been a problem. We still split up (all family, mind you). As a reward, we were ignored. No thanks, the next café was very good but here ... never again

Bad service, waiter ignores other freshly occupied tables with the excuse “There are only two of us!” That is also friendly and as a guest you would also have empathy and understanding. 1 star because 0 does not work. You notice there you are not dependent on sales 👎👎👎

As soon as we were standing on the notice on the menu, around 12.30 p.m., a waiter told us that there wasn't much food left. There was already my first impression, no desire for guests. When we then had to use the public toilets, we received marks. Ironically for the "fine one". Since we didn't want to sit down, I ordered Cafe to go. Then I got the unfriendly answer from the same waiter that I would have to wait 15 minutes, he first had to take care of the guests outside. This "facility" is just a shame and better kept closed. Definitely not to be recommended. Even a star is too much!

Terrible attention. I order an espresso with milk and they bring me whatever they want. Not a napkin on the table and on top it costs € 2.8. I will not come back.

Not recommendable. Waited a total of half an hour, but no order possible. After 20 minutes a careful attempt to order at the counter. The waitress simply replied rudely that she was coming outside. But in the end it never came. And we left again. Too bad.

Ice cream parlor right on the harbor. The outside area lacks someone who brings in flair and charm with happy and loving hands. Tidying tables and setting them up nicely should be part of the basic understanding. Sundae itself was ok, but definitely not a force. But in the higher price segment. Better to go and hope for something better.

Warning, don't go here. Today with my wife. We wanted to order food but we couldn't tell the kitchen. When only ordered an ice cream, staff were very unfriendly, and raged at customers. Even the checkout was a problem. Skip this tent, 1 star is still too much ..

The name is program. However, based on the award of stars. More than 1 star is not possible and only to be able to give a rating. There is no such thing as bad food, there is no such thing as food. Unless you have to wait an hour (for a lard with cucumber). Paying the bill takes about 30 minutes. If you want to be entertained by the staff through unbeatable bad behavior, a visit is definitely worthwhile. You rarely get that much cheek (or stupidity?). Perhaps an entrance fee should be taken for this! The best thing is to close the restaurant or make a cabaret out of it - it has a certain entertainment value.

The food at the kiosk is better and fresher than in this restaurant. Waiting time is utopian for frozen food.

The term fine one is bare HOHN. One star is too much ZERO stars would be appropriate here. In the gastro room zero guests, partially occupied tables outside. Long wait until the waitress comes, long wait until 3 drinks are brought and long wait again until the food is brought. 2 currywurst with French fries and 1solanka with a slice of bread, a potato soup was brought first. Comment from the waitress: he could not know what we ordered for a soup because he did not take the order. Soup was exchanged rucki zucki. Very coarse peppercorns in the solyanka, slice of bread was missing. So for ordering, drinks, food and paying about 1h: 40 min spent here.

We have waited too long for the waitress. The prices are too expensive too ... Typical tourist trap. A small coffee cost 3 € for example ... I do not recommend this cafe to anyone.

Long waiting times Unfriendly service I ordered a burger without cucumber and salad, but it was still on it. The conditions did not want to give any change without asking.

At 3 p.m. there was only 1 piece of cake - plum cake. Burger was not available. Groats sausage floats in the fat and smells like it and is much too fluid, potatoes already had dry skin - the dish is not edible. We complained and it was taken off the bill (a sundae was offered as compensation, but we refused). The drinks came after the meal. Cappuccino was good.

Unfortunately, you have to give a star here. Zero stars are still too much. 30 minutes until an operator comes. 10 minutes until then the drinks came. (on demand). 👎👎👎For the bill again 5 minutes.👎👎 Customer-friendly is different.

If you are thinking of stopping here ... leave it! Much too expensive for the lousy quality (wanted to enjoy ice cream - what was served was not nearly brown), service underground (had asked for ashtray and got a full set) Better go somewhere else !!!

The fine one? Probably the fine six ... Bad and unfriendly service! Drinks came after the food was empty. For 2 potatoes with a huge portion of Quark you pay 6 laughable Euros (was a Kinderportion.) Which child wants to eat so much Quark?) 1 Euro for a walk to the toilet. An absolute bastard, no recommendation.

Worst memory from our german tour. Unfriendly waiter, terrible food (like a pizza from Lidl, priced like luxury. A real tourist trap in the wonderful spreewald. A shame to let them continue business!

Angry and disappointed After a vacation trip my husband and I wanted to eat something on the way home. We decided to stop in Lübbenau. Since we were already disappointed the night before during a snack visit, we wanted to eat in a restaurant, so that is not a failure again. As far as the plan. Lübbenau is holiday region and therefore the prices at the restaurants are quite high. Nevertheless, the FEINE one advertised good cheap food. We sat down and took a look at the map. Well, cheap is something else: a half liter of Pepsi cost 5.20. If you think that you pay 60 cents in the supermarket, then that's usury. The food cost hardly less than in the other restaurants. In the map were u.a. a stone oven pizza and Alsatian tarte flambée are offered. That's what we ordered when the waitress was finally at the table. Very unfriendly she said that the tarte cake is only with leek and cheese, the rest is over. My husband is quite skeptical: "Well, hopefully this is not frozen food." After 25 minutes the food came. FROZEN GOODS !!! Both the tarte flambée and the pizza were both not produced in the house. The pizza was still cold in the middle. We were stunned. The pizza cost 10.90 !!! In shopping maybe 1.50. Overall, we left about 30 euros there. For finished food full of e-substances and with little saturation effect. We were pissed off. At the next table, the guests were also dissatisfied and had a note. The very unfriendly waitress just said "I'm not the owner" and left. Boxes piled up in front of the toilets and there was a fridge with drinks. The toilets were not very clean. Inside the restaurant there was a smell of overcooked food. The reason: There was a buffet, which was to keep warm, and there was food in it - covered - and the cooked, who knows how long, because of himself and exuded this nasty smell. I am appalled that such a restaurant in Lübbenau can stop at the harbor. In no case go there. You just get annoyed and get rid of your money faster than you can see. What you get: A belly filled with anger.
